Terms of Use / SaaS License Agreement

This Software as a Service (SaaS) License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between 10tola.com (“Company”) and its users (“User”), who may be a business or an individual. By using the 10tola.com site, services, or apps, and clicking “Accept” when prompted, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

License Grant

Company grants User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the application modules that the User has subscribed to, strictly in accordance with this License Agreement.

Restrictions on Use

User shall not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Make modifications, enhancements, translations, or derivative works not offered as a feature of the Application.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations in connection with using the Application.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices of Company, affiliates, or licensors.
• Use the Application for revenue-generating purposes not intended by the service.
• Create products or services competitive with Company offerings.
• Send automated queries or unsolicited commercial emails using the Application.
• Use proprietary information or interfaces of the Company in other product development without permission.

Infringement Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that in case of a third-party claim due to defects in the Application (e.g., miscalculations, wrong invoicing), You (not Company) will be responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any claim, while promptly notifying Company.

Termination

Company may suspend or terminate this License at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Failure to comply with terms automatically terminates this License. Upon termination, You must stop using the Application.

Terms and Conditions

• Company grants a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for online services for which applicable fees are paid.
• Trial, beta, or MVP versions are for evaluation purposes and are at User's risk; customizations may be lost if license is not purchased.
• Users should maintain backups for transactions.
• 10tola.com is used only for legitimate business purposes.
• Company is not responsible for fraud, abuse, or loss; accounts may be suspended on suspicion.
• Company may close operations without commitment or liability for downtime.
• Business owners are responsible for configuring taxes.
• Company will not sell or misuse User information.
• Company complies with Indian law and cooperates with government agencies.

No Liability for Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10tola.com and its suppliers are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or other financial losses. Limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting projects, data, or instructions to 10tola.com, You agree to these Terms and Conditions. Do not proceed if you disagree.

Intellectual Property

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 10tola.com and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including data transmission, account use, or violation of Terms and applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

10tola.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from access or use of the service, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access, regardless of legal theory, even if informed of potential damages.

Updates to Terms

10tola.com may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at 10tola.com. Continued use after updates constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
